My aim for your photo shoot is to create an experience that makes you realise you should have had professional photos taken sooner! An experience that is so much easier than you thought, that reminds you how important it is to make time to document the seasons of your life. An experience that leaves you feeling fulfilled and confident. When you walk away I want you to reflect on how good you felt being in front of my camera.
A photo shoot with me is completely free of pressure or expectation. I will create an experience that allows you to be truly present in the moment, and actually enjoy it. A photo shoot with me will feel like catching up with an old friend. I’ll help bring out the best in everyone. I will capture moments that are genuine and meaningful, some raw and real, others hilarious and heartfelt.
I provide plenty of simple directions during my photo shoots, I help ease you into positions and give you so much guidance on what looks best. I won’t leave you hanging out there. Trust that I can see the beauty between you all; relax in the knowledge that I’ll know just when to step back and let your little scene unfold as it’s supposed to, naturally. I don’t expect you to know how to pose or what to wear, which location would be best or how to prepare your partner or kids for this experience. Leave it all to me.
Your experience with me will be all about making time to be together, to share sweet cheek kisses, soulful belly laughs, big group hugs. To let go of whatever worries you might be carrying and let me in on all the quiet in-between and imperfect moments that make this season of life worth capturing.
